Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and hold a Certificate in Child Centered Play Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. I am certified in trauma, as well. I believe in helping people understand their individual differences, make sense of their experiences, and thrive through their connections to their mind, body, and others. I believe that the foundation of mental health should be compassion and connection, and I strive to create that environment for my clients so that self-compassion is also at the center of our process.
